Root Down Healing Arts

Many queer and trans people have experienced isolation and estrangement from our bodies, our spirits, and our communities. Massage can help to heal those connections, ground ourselves, and untwist our roots.  

Many LGBTQ+ people have not had access to safe spaces for their bodies and their lives. My goal is to hold safe, compassionate space for the relationship between you and your body, wherever you are on your path.  

All Root Down services are flexible to meet the broad spectrum of LGBTQ+ needs. My bodywork is for all bodies, including fertility and pelvic bowl steaming services. Whether you are just beginning to heal these connections for the first time, or you’ve been on this path for years, bodywork is a powerful way to explore everything from roots to new growth. It is my privilege and honor to help navigate this particular journey, guided by specialized training and a desire to give back to my community.
