If you need to change or cancel an appointment, I ask that you kindly provide 48-hour notice. All missed appointments, or changes less than 48 hours are subject to the following fee: 100% of scheduled service. Paid within three days.
For Late Arrivals - 15 minutes or more:
The full fee of your scheduled treatment is still required.
You will still receive part of your treatment, in whatever time is left.
• Packages require all sessions be pre-booked and prepaid.
• All packages recommended to be used within 6 months to optimally support body's needs + shifts with receiving care.
• The regular cancellation policy applies which is: all missed appointments, or changes less than 48 hours are subject to the following fee: 100% of scheduled service. Meaning, the missed appointment from a program is voided and complete.
I offer a free 7- 14 day steam stool rental for ATMAT® clients. A $50 charge is applied when steam stool are not returned to the office(s) within 14 days from pickup.
I accept check, cash, Square Cash and Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB logo (through Square). A Health Savings Account (HSA) card is also an acceptable form of payment. (Please call your insurance provider to confirm.)
I accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards. Please contact your insurance provider prior to our session to confirm.
Upon request, I offer Superbills via email for you to give to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
